YOGA
Yoga is a system of stretches and poses designed to increase flexibility, support the organs and allow the flow of energy to reach all parts of your body. Rome wasn't built in a day and it takes time and practice for your body to become subtle enough to move into all the asanas. Straps and blocks are used in some forms of yoga to allow the body to move into a particular position, building muscle memory. The Pranayama opens the Chi channels, takes you out of the busy mind, and connects you deeply through tissues and sinews to consciousness and awareness of the body.

PILATES
Pilates is an exercise system which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on fitness and core strength. This helps to improve general well-being.
As with Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. In Pilates the chance of injury is much lower than with other more strenuous forms of exercise.
Pilates also focuses on the mind-body connection. While doing the various exercises your mind is constantly aware of your breathing and muscle movements.

FACE YOGA
Through a series of facial exercises, face yoga promises to relax and tone your facial muscles and reduce fine lines and wrinkes. These repetitive movements lift and firm the skin, giving the appearance of a more youthful and toned face.
Face yoga works by simultaneously relaxing muscles that are overworked and activating those that are underworked. This minimizes fine lines and wrinkles caused by repetitive motions (think crow's feet and laugh lines) and lifts skin that has begun to sag due to loss of muscle tone. By strengthening the matrix that holds the skin together, sagging skin is less likely to occur over time.
Facial exercises also increase blood circulation and stimulate your lymphatic system. This pushes blood with essential nutrients and oxygen into the skin and helps your body flush out toxins and relieve tension. Together, these actions support healthy skin cell renewal and enhance the production of essential proteins like collagen and elastin which keep skin firm, plump and elastic.
Other benefits include increased blood flow to the face, which can improve your complexion, brighten your skin and decrease under-eye dark circles and puffiness.
Lesley Reynolds, Co-Founder of The Harley Street Skin Clinic shares, “Since facial aging is in part due to muscle loss, exercise can strengthen these muscles if you can commit to a routine, making your face look stronger and more youthful It is a really natural solution for you to regain your young appearance and a good alternative to Botox and plastic surgery.”
