Cozy, one-on-one pet care provided by a local animal lover. Niamh, the fairy dog mother is caring, reliable & fun!

I am very used to dogs, in fact all animals! I have been dog, pet and housesitting for 7 years in 6 countries! And at home in Ireland also. I am comfortable with any breeds and rescues too. When in Ireland I live in County Mayo. It is a pet friendly community with nice sidewalks & a dog park for your pet’s exercise needs. Plus— I have a fenced in backyard for your pets to enjoy!

If you want to book me for a house-sit, I have a car and happy to explore and travel.

Dog Day Care

Located in Castlebar, Co.Mayo, my home is a spacious, easily accessible place for owners to leave their dog during work hours, appointments, shopping trips, etc. so they don’t spend the day home alone and instead have somewhere to play and socialise with other dogs.

Dog Boarding in my home

While you are away enjoying your holiday or short break. Instead of your dog or puppy being boarded in a kennel they will stay with me in my home. I'm proud to provide the best care possible for your dog so I will maintain your dogs normal routine.
This means the home boarding experience is much less stressful than kennels. Your dog gets all the care and attention during their holiday stay with us that they would at home. They become part of our family during their stay.

Dog Walking

I'll take care of your beloved pets when you can’t. I will provide flexible dog walking, exercise times for your pet in the morning, afternoon or evening. Our walks range from 20 minutes to one hour. At the end of the walk, your dog can enjoy a fresh bowl of cold water and a treat!

House Sitting

I will be responsible for watching over a home owner's house to ensure it remains occupied while you are away.I will preform basic cleaning and maintenance services and keeping the home operational. I work online and so will be with your pets almost 24hrs I'll occupy the house and monitor surveillance.

Services & Pricing

All of my services start with a meet & greet. This provides the fur baby & owner with a chance to get acquainted with me. The overnight dog lodging is held in my home where your pet/s can enjoy a calm & cozy atmosphere. The overnight stay can be for one night or two weeks. I love having furry company! All of the services include personalized one-on-one attention. I provide water, treats & exercise. I am experienced in administering medications & catering to specific food needs. Your dog will enjoy my fenced in backyard, downtown neighborhood walks & some good games of fetch! I cannot wait to meet your pet!

·Dog Lodging (in the sitter’s home)€100 and upwards to 150/night | Puppy Rate €115 - 170/night *

·Doggy Daycare (in the sitter’s home) €45/day | Puppy Rate €65/day

·House Sitting (in your home) €80/night | Puppy Rate €100/night *

·Doggy Daycare (in your home) $/day | Puppy Rate €50 /day

1.Dog Walking (60 minutes) €15/walk | Puppy Rate €20/walk **

***Please note; all dogs are different and each experience is unique and therefore sometimes I need to charge more- ask for details.

All rates above are for one pet - all rates are per pet.
Prices for dates that fall on holidays are subject to change.
Puppy rates apply to dogs that are under one-year old.
A 50% deposit of your total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon the end of stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel two weeks before your dog’s scheduled stay, you will receive 50% of your deposit back. If you cancel any time after two weeks before your dog’s scheduled stay your deposit is forfeited
