Pilates class

60 mins, class to wake up your body, get you moving and build your fitness level.  Step by step, day after day. €7.50 per class

These classes are designed to get you into shape and gradually introduce a daily practice.  All levels ... do you want to get fit without diving in the deep end, with a complete series of Pilates exercise to get those muscles working again.  You can come with no experience at all, or those who have been active in the past and want to regain their fitness  ..  but you will need a private session with me first to assess your body's needs.  Perfect for anyone returning to the mat after a period away, or continuing to work on flexibility and personal health.  

Yoga class

10 am Yoga Flow 45mins Tuesday and Thursday - Pranayama, followed by asanas and  Shavasana.  A beautiful way to start your day. €6  a session.     

Flow through a series of poses, designed to develop flexibility, muscle tone and stamina.   Pranayama breath work to start ... and then its hello body!

10am 1hr Saturday Burst energizing  vinyasa flow followed by a deep 20min restorative practice,  nourishment for your weekend.
